All orders placed from Friday the 22nd of December will be shipped out between the 27th and 28th of December when we reopen after Christmas.

When will my order be shipped?

All of our orders are shipped with a tracked service! Your tracking link can be found in your shipping confirmation email.

Can I track my order? 

We're sorry to hear that your order is taking longer than anticipated to arrive. Please drop us an email with your six-digit REFY order number to support@refybeauty.com and one of our team will be happy to help! 

Please note, that we are currently closed for Christmas. Our Support team will be back on the 27th of December and will be working through all queries as quickly as possible

Where is my order? 

If you haven't received your shipping confirmation email yet, please send your six-digit order number to support@refybeauty.com along with the details you would like to amend on your order. 

One of our team will be happy to take a look into whether any changes are possible at this time!

Please note, that we are unable to make any changes to orders that have already been shipped.

Can I amend my order?

If you have not yet received a shipping confirmation email, please email support@refybeauty.com with your six-digit order number and 'order cancellation' in the subject line.

Can I cancel my order?

You are more than welcome to return your order within 14 days of receipt providing that the item(s) are unopened and unused.
